TLC: Good morning, Tao Loon Company's Sales Office.

Berraondo: Hello, my name is Berraondo. 


TLC: Ok, How can I help you?


Berraondo: I'm calling because I made an order for 20 printers and only 17 have arrived.


TLC: Oh, really? I'm sorry to hear that.


Berraondo: Yes, and it's the second time I have received an incomplete delivery.


TLC: I am afraid there might be an error in the order administration. 


Berraondo: I agree, but I really need to order those three printers as quick as possible. The delay has not suited well with my customers. 


TLC: Well, we have had some stock problems.


Berraondo: I understand, but could you make the order as soon as possible?


TLC: I promise to order will dispatch next Monday.


Berraondo: No. That won't do. I need it sooner than that. 


TLC: I'm very sorry, but I am afraid it's not going be possible.


Berraondo: Well then, at least can you send me an email confirming the dispatch?


TLC: Of course, and I sorry for the inconvenience. Goodbye.
